The sweet smell (and taste) of chocolate will fill the building on Saturday, March 31st from 10am – 4pm with a special festival of chocolate to celebrate Easter. Once the site of the famous Somerdale Factory which produced some of the best known chocolate bars in the world, The Chocolate Quarter will be brimming with local artisan chocolatiers during the festival, with luxury products and sweet treats available for those hunting the perfect Easter gift. It will be a great day for families to enjoy, with a special Easter egg hunt laid on, themed art and craft workshops, a special surprise from Figo Hair and even the chance to sample a cocoa warm candle massage at Tigerlily Nail Salon.

Visitors can also visit the on-site cinema to learn about the history of The Chocolate Quarter thanks to some superb archive footage. There will even be talks from the chocolate dinosaurs!

The Chocolate Festival will begin a week of free community events, running from Monday 2nd April to Friday 6th April, with The Chocolate Quarter open to the public. Limited spaces are available for each session so please email to book.
